I’m sorry for the confusion, but there doesn’t seem to be a top-level domain (TLD) specifically called “LEFRAK”. Top-level domains refer to the last segment of a domain name, or the part that follows immediately after the “dot” symbol. Common TLDs include .com, .org, .net, .gov, .edu and so on.
There are hundreds of TLDs, and they are categorized into two main types: generic top-level domains (gTLDs), such as the aforementioned .edu or .com, and country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs), such as .fr for France or .us for the United States. Some gTLDs are unrestricted, meaning anyone can register a domain name under them, while others like .gov or .edu are restricted for certain uses.
There’s also the concept of sponsored top-level domains (sTLDs), which are specialized and involve a sponsor representing a specific community served by the domain. Examples include .aero, .coop and .museum, which are sponsored by the air transport, cooperative and museum communities respectively.
The possibility of creating your own TLD does exist as part of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN)’s New gTLD Program. This program was designed to enhance innovation, competition and consumer choice. As of the latest application round in 2012, new TLD applications cost $185,000 US dollars to submit, and there were several additional ongoing costs if the application was accepted (source: ICANN).
However, I still couldn’t find any record of a “LEFRAK” TLD in the official list published by ICANN. It might have been possible for someone to register this as a domain name under a different TLD (like lefrak.com or lefrak.net), or even to apply for .lefrak as a new gTLD if they represented an organization or community called Lefrak. But as far as the current ICANN information shows, no such TLD exists.
