To add a custom homepage on Drupal 8, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Drupal 8 site as an administrator.
2. Click on the “Structure” link in the top navigation menu.
3. Click on “Blocks” under the “Structure” section.
4. Click on the “Place block” button.
5. Select the “Custom Block” option.
