To create a user on Drupal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Drupal website as an administrator.
2. Click on the “People” tab in the top navigation menu.
3. Click on “Add user” in the sub-menu.
4. Enter the required information for the new user, including their username, email address, and password.
5. Choose the user role for the user from the provided dropdown list.
6. Click “Create new account” to complete the process.
You can also edit existing users’ permissions and roles by clicking on their name under the “People” tab and clicking on the “Edit” button.
