To create menus in Drupal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Drupal site as an administrator.
1. Click on the “Structure” tab on the top toolbar and select “Menus” from the dropdown menu.
1. Click on the “Add menu” button and give your menu a name. You can also add a description to the menu to make it easy to identify.
