How to check if a site is using HTTPS?

To check if a site is using HTTPS, follow these steps:

1. Open the website you want to check in your web browser.
2. Look at the address bar at the top of your browser window.
3. If the website is using HTTPS, you will see a padlock icon to the left of the site’s URL.
4. You can also check the beginning of the site’s URL. If it starts with “https://” instead of “http://”, it means the site is using HTTPS.
5. If the site is not using HTTPS, you may see a warning message from your browser indicating that the site is not secure.
