1. Log in to your Joomla website as an administrator.
2. In the top menu, click on Components and then Contacts.
3. Click on the New button to create a new contact.
4. Fill in the required fields, such as name and email address. You can also fill in additional information such as phone numbers, addresses, and social media profiles.
5. Click on the Save & Close button to save the new contact.
6. To edit an existing contact, click on the contact you want to edit and make any necessary changes. Save your changes by clicking Save & Close.
7. You can also create contact categories by clicking on the Categories button in the top menu and then clicking on New. Name the category and then click on Save & Close.
8. To assign a contact to a category, edit the contact and choose the appropriate category from the Category dropdown menu at the bottom of the page.
9. You can display your contacts on your Joomla website by creating a menu item. To do this, go to Menus and then click on the menu where you want to add your contact list. Click on New, and then select Contacts from the menu item options. Choose the contact category you want to display and save your menu item.
