To add external links on Joomla, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Joomla backend.
1. Click on the Menu Manager from the left sidebar.
1. Select the menu item where you want to add the external link.
1. Click on the Add New Menu Item button.
1. From the Menu Item Type selection, choose External URL.
1. In the Link field, enter the external link you want to add.
