How to create a registration form on Joomla?


To create a registration form on Joomla, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Joomla website backend.
2. Navigate to the Components menu and select Users.
3. Select the option ‘Manage’ in the submenu.
4. Click on the ‘Options’ button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
5. Select the ‘User Registration’ tab in the options window.
6. Configure the settings for user registration as per your requirements such as Captcha, registration email, and more.
7. After making the desired changes click on the ‘Save & Close’ button.
8. Create a new menu item for registration where visitors can register by selecting the ‘New’ button in the ‘Menu’ manager.
9. Specify the menu item type as ‘User Manager’.
10. Save the menu item by clicking the ‘Save’ button in the ‘Menu’ manager.

Once your registration form is created, visitors can navigate to your registration page and fill out the registration form to become a registered user.
