How do I access my emails using POP3 from my smartphone?


Here are the general steps to access your emails using POP3 from your smartphone:

1. Open your smartphone mail app.
2. Navigate to the mail settings section of your app.
3. Choose the option to create a new mail account (or to add a new email account).
4. Select the option for “Manual configuration”.
5. Choose the account type as POP3 and enter the following information:
- Incoming mail server: POP3 server address (e.g. “pop.domain.com”)
- Port number: 995 (SSL enabled)
- Outgoing mail server: SMTP server address (e.g. “smtp.domain.com”)
- Port number: 587 (TLS enabled)
- Login credentials: your email address and password
1. Save the settings and test the connection to ensure that you’re able to retrieve and send emails using your smartphone.
