How to delete an email using POP3?

To delete an email using POP3, follow these steps:

1. Open your email client program (such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird).
2. Log in to your email account using POP3.
3. Select the email message you want to delete.
4. Right-click on the email message or click on the delete button.
5. The email message will be moved to a Trash or Deleted Items folder.
6. To permanently delete the email message, empty the Trash or Deleted Items folder.

Note: Deleting an email using POP3 will only remove the email message from the email client program you used to download the email. It will not delete the email from the email server. If you want to permanently delete an email from the email server, you need to log in to your email account using the webmail interface and delete the email from there.
