How to send an email through an SMTP server?

To send an email through an SMTP server, follow these steps:

1. Open your email client (eg Microsoft Outlook).

1. Create a new message.

1. Compose the content of your message (subject and body of the text).

1. Add the recipients (recipient’s email address).

1. Select the “Send” or “Send Now” option.

1. The email client will then connect to your email provider’s SMTP server.

1. The SMTP server verifies your account security and authentication information.

1. The SMTP server sends the email to the recipient’s email address.

1. If the email cannot be sent for some reason (incorrect email address, inbox full, etc.), you will receive an error message.

It is important to note that each email provider has different settings for SMTP servers. Check your email provider’s settings to make sure you’re using the correct information.
