How long does it take for changes to an SPF record to take effect?

Changes to an SPF record can take up to 48 hours to take effect due to DNS propagation. However, in many cases, it happens much faster, usually within a few hours. It depends on the TTL (time to live) value configured for the domain’s DNS records. Typically, the lower the TTL value is, the faster the changes will propagate. To speed up the process, you can try flushing your DNS cache or asking your email provider to refresh their DNS cache for your domain.
