Currently, there is no officially recognized top level domain (TLD) called .bharti.
A top-level domain (TLD) refers to the last segment of a domain name, or the part that follows immediately after the “dot” symbol. TLDs are mainly classified into two categories: generic TLDs (such as .com, .net, .edu, etc.) and country-code TLDs (such as .us for the United States, .uk for the United Kingdom, .au for Australia, etc).
The management and control of these TLDs come under the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the organization responsible for coordinating all domain names on the internet. ICANN maintains a comprehensive list of TLDs on its official website.
There is however a trend of companies applying for their brand names to be recognized as generic TLDs, and it’s possible that “bharti” in your question might be referring to Bharti Airtel Limited, the Indian multinational telecommunications services company. But as per the current list provided by ICANN, there is unfortunately no .bharti TLD.
To confirm, I cross-checked this with the official TLD list made available by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) which works under ICANN. I could not find .bharti in the list of generic TLDs, nor in the list of country-code TLDs. These lists are constantly updated to reflect any changes in the status of TLDs but as of now, there is no .bharti TLD.
It should be noted that companies can apply for their brand name to be acknowledged as a TLD, but it is a long, expensive process that requires thorough evaluation from ICANN. If approved, ICANN puts the new TLD into the root zone, which is the top-most level of the domain system structure.
This information is important because the root zone essentially serves as a directory service for all TLD operators’ nameservers; due to the hierarchical nature of the domain name system, all internet lookups for the TLD in question will eventually reach the root zone, putting the control and possibly the responsibility of the overall health, performance and trust of the TLD on the entity that owns it.
As for the .bharti TLD specifically, if it does ever get approved, it will probably be used by Bharti Airtel limited to host their website or to provide unique email addresses and site names for their affiliates and partners, further strengthening their brand identity.
