To configure guest groups in vSphere, follow these steps:
1. Log in to vSphere using vSphere Client or Web Client.
2. Navigate to the inventory and select the host or cluster where you want to create a guest group.
3. Right-click the host or cluster and select “New Guest Group.“
4. In the “New Guest Group” dialog box, specify a name for the guest group.

9. Click “Finish” to create the guest group.
Once you have created a guest group, you can add virtual machines to it. To do so, select the guest group and click “Add Virtual Machine.” You can also remove virtual machines from a guest group by selecting them and clicking “Remove.”
By configuring guest groups in this way, you can provide effective isolation and resource management for virtual machines. By creating multiple guest groups with different priority levels, you can ensure that critical virtual machines have the resources they need to run smoothly while still providing enough resources for other virtual machines.
