To configure the vSphere web interface to allow remote management and monitoring, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the vSphere web interface as an administrator.
2. Click on the “Administration” tab at the top of the screen.
3. Select “System Configuration” from the left-hand pane.
4. Click on the “Services” tab.
5. Locate the “VMware vSphere Web Client” service and click on the “Edit” button.
6. In the “Properties” window, select the “Access” tab.
7. Check the box next to “Enable access to the vSphere Web Client from a remote location”.
8. Enter the IP address or hostname of the remote system(s) or network(s) that you want to allow access to the web interface.
9. Click “OK” to save the changes.
10. Restart the “VMware vSphere Web Client” service to apply the changes.

Once you’ve configured the vSphere web interface to allow remote access, you should be able to connect to it from a remote system using a supported web browser. Simply enter the IP address or hostname in your browser’s address bar to access the web interface.
