How to change virtual machine settings in vCenter?

To change virtual machine settings in vCenter, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the vSphere Web Client.
2. Navigate to the virtual machine that you want to modify.
3. Right-click on the virtual machine and select Edit Settings from the context menu.
4. The Virtual Machine Properties dialog box will appear.
5. From here, you can edit various settings for the virtual machine, such as CPU, memory, network adapters, hard disks, and more.
6. Once you have made the desired changes, click OK to save your changes.
7. If you need to apply the changes immediately, select the virtual machine and click on the power button to power it off, then power it back on so that the changes take effect.

Note: Be careful when changing virtual machine settings as incorrect or inappropriate changes can adversely affect the functioning of the VM. It is always best to consult with an expert or perform changes on a test VM first.
