To configure Load Balancing in a vSphere cluster, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the vSphere Web Client or vCenter Server using your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to the vSphere cluster to which you want to configure Load Balancing.
3. Click on the “Configure” tab and select “vSphere DRS” from the left-hand menu.
4. In the “DRS Automation” section, click on “Edit” to change the DRS settings.
5. Set the “DRS Automation Level” to “Fully Automated” and select “default” or a custom DRS automation level.
6. Click on the “VM Distribution” tab to configure Load Balancing.
7. Select the “Load Balance” option for the “VM Distribution” option.
8. Click on “Advanced Options” to configure additional Load Balancing settings.
9. Configure the “Load Balancing Threshold” and “Migration Threshold” based on your needs.
10. Click “OK” to save the changes.
11. Click on the “Rules” tab to make rules to exclude certain VMs or hosts.
12. Click “Add” to create a new rule.
