How to configure vCenter web service?

To configure vCenter web service, you may follow the steps below:

1. Open the vSphere client and navigate to the vCenter Server inventory.
2. Right-click the vCenter server, select the vCenter Server Settings and click on the Advanced Settings tab.
3. Locate the WebService and set the value to True or Yes to enable it.
4. Configure the authentication for the web service either by using the vCenter Single Sign-On (SSO) or by setting up a custom username and password.
5. Once the authentication is configured, click on the Save button to apply the changes.

After configuring the vCenter web service, you can access it over HTTP and HTTPS protocols by using the web service URL. You can then use the web service API to automate and manage the VMware vSphere environment.
