How to connect vCenter to external APIs?


To connect vCenter to external APIs, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the vSphere client.
2. Go to the “Administration” tab.
3. Select “Deployment” from the navigation menu.
4. Click on “System Configuration”.
5. Click on “Nodes”.
6. Select the vCenter Server instance from the list of nodes.
7. Click on “Manage”.
8. Click on “Settings”.
9. Scroll down to the “API Providers” section.
10. Click on “Add”.
11. Enter the details for the external API provider, including the name, URL, and authentication.
12. Click “Save”.

After following these steps, vCenter should be connected to the external API provider. You can now use the external API provider’s services within your vCenter environment.
