To create a VLAN in vSphere, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the vSphere Client or vSphere Web Client.
1. Select the host or cluster in which you want to create the VLAN.
1. Click the Configure tab.
1. Under Networking, click Virtual switches.
1. Click Add Networking.
1. Choose Virtual machine port group and click Next.
1. Give the port group a name and click Next.
1. Select Virtual Switch as the connection type and select the virtual switch you want to add the port group to, then click Next.
1. Select the radio button for VLAN, enter the VLAN ID, and click Next.
1. Set the IP address configuration for the port group and click Next.
1. Review the settings and click Finish.
Once you have completed these steps, the new VLAN will be available for use in your vSphere environment. You can assign it to virtual machines or use it for other networking purposes.
