How to create a cluster in vCenter?

To create a cluster in vCenter, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the vSphere Client and connect to your vCenter Server.

1. Click on the “Hosts and Clusters” icon in the left-hand navigation pane.

1. In the Hosts and Clusters view, right-click on the data center object in which you want to create the cluster and select “New Cluster.”

1. In the “New Cluster” wizard, give a name to your cluster.

1. You will now need to configure the cluster settings. You can set up options such as vSphere Distributed Resource Scheduler, vSphere High Availability, vSphere Fault Tolerance, and more, as per your requirement.

1. Click “Next” to continue and configure the storage options, such as real-time or scheduled data store heartbeat, VM component protection, and more.

1. Click “Next” to continue and configure the networking options. You can add networking to the newly created cluster and can also configure network failing and vSphere vMotion.

1. Click “Finish” to create the cluster.

Once the cluster is created, you can add hosts and virtual machines to the cluster by dragging and dropping them into it, and you can also configure and manage various cluster settings from the vSphere Client.
