How to delete a virtual machine in vCenter?

To delete a virtual machine in vCenter, follow these steps:

1. Open the vSphere client or vCenter.

1. Navigate to the virtual machine you want to delete and make sure it is powered off.

1. Right-click on the virtual machine and select “Delete from Disk.”

1. Confirm the deletion by clicking “Yes” in the dialogue box that appears.

1. The virtual machine and its associated files will be deleted from the datastore.

Note: Deleting a virtual machine permanently removes all associated data (including disks and configurations) and cannot be undone. Make sure you have backups or snapshots of the virtual machine in case you need to recover it.
