To deploy a standalone vCenter appliance, follow the steps below:
1. Download the vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) ISO from VMware’s website.
2. Mount the ISO on your computer and run the installer.
3. Select the “Install” option in the deployment type window.
4. Accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and click on “Next”.
5. Enter the vCenter Server name, an administrative password, and the deployment size.
6. Select the deployment target and click on “Next”.
7. Configure the network settings, including the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway.
8. Review your settings and click on “Finish” to deploy the appliance.
9. Wait for the deployment process to complete.
10. After the deployment, open a web browser and enter the IP address of the vCenter Server appliance.
11. Log in with the administrative credentials that you set during the deployment process.
12. Configure your vCenter Server settings and set up your virtual infrastructure.
