How to use virtual machine templates in vSphere?

1. Select the template: First, browse through the template library and select the template that you want to use. Make sure that it is compatible with the version of vSphere that you are using.

1. Deploy the template: Right-click on the chosen template and select “Deploy VM from this Template”. Specify the name of the new virtual machine, the location and the storage policy.

1. Configure the virtual machine: Once the virtual machine has been deployed, configure it according to your needs. You can set the virtual machine hardware specifications such as processors, memory, and disk space.

1. Customize the virtual machine: In some cases, you may need to customize the virtual machine for your specific needs. You can add a network adapter, change the IP settings, or install additional software.

1. Power on the virtual machine: After you have completed the configuration, power on the virtual machine and verify that it is working as expected.

1. Create more virtual machines: If you need to create more virtual machines with the same configuration, simply repeat the above process. This will save you time and effort in setting up multiple virtual machines manually.
