1. Install and activate the plugin “WordPress Ornament Effects” from the WordPress plugin repository.
1. Go to “Ornaments Effects” on the left-hand side of the WordPress dashboard, and select “Add New” to create a new ornament effect.
1. Give your ornament effect a title and choose the animation style you want.
1. Select the elements you would like to add the effect to, e.g. headings, paragraphs, images, links, etc.
1. Customize the effect by adjusting the timing, delay, duration, and other options in the “Settings” tab.
1. Save your changes and preview the effect on your website.
1. To apply the effect to more elements on your website, repeat steps 3-6 for each element.
1. You can also add custom CSS to further customize the effect or use the built-in CSS editor in the plugin.
1. Once you have applied all the ornament effects you want, save your changes and publish your website.
