How to add videos to WordPress?

There are several ways to add videos to WordPress:

1. Uploading directly to WordPress Media Library:

- Click on “Media” in the WordPress dashboard menu
- Click on “Add New” button
- Drag and drop the video file or click on “Select Files” to upload it
- Once the video is uploaded, click on it to open the attachment details
- Add a title, caption, and description if desired
- Click on “Insert into post” to add the video to your content

1. Embedding from video hosting platforms:

- Copy the video URL from platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo
- Paste the URL into the content area of your post or page
- WordPress will automatically recognize the URL and embed the video

1. Using a video plugin:

- Install and activate a video plugin such as Video Gallery, Easy Video Player, or WP Video Popup
- Follow the plugin’s instructions to add videos to your site. This may involve using shortcodes, widgets, or creating a dedicated video page.

No matter which method you use, it is important to optimize your videos for size and speed by compressing them, using a responsive player, and offering alternative formats for users with slow internet connections.
