How to disable comments on a WordPress site?


1. Login to your WordPress admin panel
2. Go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Discussion‘
3. Under ‘Default article settings’ uncheck the box that says ‘Allow people to post comments on new articles‘
4. Under ‘Other comment settings’ uncheck the box that says ‘Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks)‘
5. You can also choose to uncheck the box that says ‘Comment must be manually approved’ if you want to completely disable comments on your site
6. Click ‘Save Changes’ to apply the changes and disable comments on your WordPress site.
