How can I forward all my Zimbra emails to another account?

Follow these steps:

1. Open your Zimbra account and log in.
2. Click on the “Preferences” tab located on the top-right corner of the page.
3. From the options present on the left side of the page, click on “Mail”.
4. Scroll down until you see the “Receiving Messages” section.
5. Under “When a message arrives: Forward a copy to”, enter the email address where you want all your emails to be forwarded.
6. If you want to keep a copy of your emails in your Zimbra account even after forwarding, check the box beside “Don’t keep a local copy of messages”.
7. Click on “Save” at the top of the page to apply your changes.

After this, all of your incoming emails will be forwarded to the email address you specified.

Remember to verify if your other email account starts to receive the emails from your Zimbra account. In case it doesn’t, check whether you’ve filled in the correct email address.
