How do I back up my Zimbra emails?


In order to backup your Zimbra emails, follow these steps:

1. Open your Zimbra email client.
2. Click on the “Preferences” tab, which is located at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the “Import / Export” link, which is located in the left column.
4. On the new screen, in the “Export” section, select the “Account” radio button.
5. Under “Select Types Of Data To Export”, make sure that “Mail” is checked.
6. Click on the “Export” button.
7. Select the location where you want to save the backup file on your computer and click “OK”. The backup will start and the progress will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
8. Once the backup is complete, navigate to the location where you saved the file to confirm that it has been saved correctly.

Remember, your emails are now saved on your local machine and can be lost if it is damaged or lost. Make sure to store it somewhere secure.
