How do I block an email address on Zimbra?

You can block an email address on Zimbra by creating a filter to send those emails directly to the trash or another selected folder.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your Zimbra account.
2. Click on the “Preferences” tab located in the upper-right corner of the window.
3. Click on “Filters” in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on “New Filter” on the right top of the screen.
5. Name the filter (for example, “Block sender”).
6. Click on the drop-down menu in the “If any of the following conditions are met” section.
7. Select the “From” field, in the “Contains” field write the email address you want to block.
8. In the “Perform the following actions” section, select the “Move to folder” option, then select “Trash” in the drop-down menu.
9. Click on the “OK” button.
10. Then click the “Save” button at the top of the page.

Now, any email from that blocked sender will automatically be sent to your trash folder.
