How do I import a CSV address book into Zimbra?

1. Log into your Zimbra account.

1. At the top of the page, click on the “Address Book” tab.

1. In the left-hand pane, choose the address book into which you want to import your contacts. If you have not yet created an address book, select “New” to create one.

1. After selecting the address book, click on the “Actions” drop-down menu, then select the “Import” option.

1. A new window will open where you can browse your files. Go to the CSV file you want to import and select it.

1. Once you have chosen your file, click on the “Import” button.

1. After the process is complete, your contacts will be available in your Zimbra address book.

Note: You may need to map fields during the import process if the fields in your CSV file do not match the fields in your Zimbra address book. For example, if your CSV file has a “First Name” field and your Zimbra address book has a “Given Name” field, you will need to match these fields to ensure that your contacts are imported correctly.
