How do I reset my Zimbra mailbox password?

To reset your Zimbra mailbox password, regular users can’t do this themselves and will need the mailbox administrator to do it for them. Here are the steps:

1. Log in to the Zimbra Admin Console.
2. Go to the Home tab and choose “Manage.“
3. Search for the account you want to change the password for.
4. Click on the account name to view the account details.
5. Click on “edit.“
6. On the account’s “General Information” tab. in the “Password” field, input the new password.
7. Click on “Save.”

Please note that the available features may vary depending on the Zimbra version and the permissions for the logged-in admin. If you cannot find or don’t have the necessary permissions for the listed steps, reach out to the person who manages Zimbra for your organization.
