How to archive emails on Zimbra?

1. Open Zimbra and go to the “Mail” tab.

1. Select the email or emails you wish to archive.

1. Right-click on the selected emails and then click on “Actions”.

1. In the Actions menu, select “Move to folder”.

1. Choose the folder where you want to archive your emails. If you have not already created one, click “New Folder” and name the folder something like “Archived Emails”.

1. Click “OK” to move the emails to the archive folder.

Remember once you have archived the emails, you can retrieve them at any time by going to that folder. They will be stored there until you decide to delete or move them.
