1. Enter your company’s information in the application. Most fields are required, including the expected number of mailboxes and important contact information.

1. After you complete your company’s information, click “Submit.” An automated email with your temporary credentials is sent to you. If you lose this email, you cannot reset it. Check your spam folder before you call for assistance.
1. Check your email. Zimbra will send you an automated email providing your admin credentials for your 60-day trial. Make sure you have saved this information.
1. Log into the admin console by going to the link included in your email. Use your admin name and password to log in. If you cannot find the email with your credentials or can’t remember them, you’ll have to generate a new one.
1. Click “Next,” then “Finish,” after you’ve logged into the admin console.
1. Add your domain name. After you’ve added it, you can start creating email accounts.
1. To start creating email accounts, click the “Manage” tab that is located on the top of the navigation bar. A drop-down menu with “Accounts” will appear. Click it, then click the “New” button to add an account.
