How to display multiple calendars in the Zimbra interface?

1. Open your Zimbra interface and login to your account.

1. Click on the “Calendar” tab on the top menu to access your calendar.

1. On the left side, you can see a panel which contains “Calendars” and “Mini Calendar”.

1. Under “Calendars”, there are several calendars listed. Your personal calendar will be on top.

1. You may also have other calendars shared with you. They will be listed here with a checkbox next to them.

1. To display multiple calendars, simply click on the checkboxes of the calendars you want to view on the same screen.

1. The calendar(s) you choose will be superimposed with different colors to help you differentiate between them.

1. If you want to add a new calendar, click the + icon near the Calendars and add the new one.

1. To remove a calendar from view, simply uncheck the box.

Remember, this doesn’t delete the calendar, it just hides it from your current view. You can check the box again whenever you would like to view the calendar.
