1. Open the Zimbra web client.
1. Click on the “Address Book” tab in the upper-left corner of the page.
1. Select the address book you want to export from the list on the left side of the page.
1. Click the “More” button in the toolbar at the top of the page to open a drop-down menu, then click “Export”.
1. Choose the format in which you want to export your contacts. You can choose from .csv (for Outlook and other apps), .vcf (vCard, for Apple apps), or a .tgz (Zimbra’s native format).
1. Click “Export”.
1. Choose the destination folder or location on your computer where you want to save the exported file, then click “Save”.
Remember the saved location, as you will need to navigate to this path when you import the contacts file into another email application.
