How to set up an email signature on Zimbra?

1. Log into your Zimbra account.

1. In the top right corner, click on “Preferences”.

1. In the left sidebar, select “Signatures”.

1. Click on “New Signature”.

1. In the “Name” field, type in a name for your signature (this could be your full name or a nickname) and then type your desired signature in the “Signature” field. Here you can include details such as your name, position, contact information or even an image.

1. You can format your signature using the various options available, like changing the font style, size, color or alignment.

1. Once you have created your signature, you can choose when it should be used under “Using Signatures”. You can set it to always appear at the end of your emails, or select different signatures for different email accounts.

1. When you’re satisfied with your signature, click “Save”.

1. Make sure that “Use this signature” is set to the one you want to use.

1. Verify that the email account you want the signature to be used with is correct.

1. Click “Save” again.

Now, whenever you compose a new message using the account you selected, your new signature will automatically appear at the end of your email.
