Here is how you can set up mail receipt notifications on Zimbra:
1. Launch the Zimbra web client.
2. Click on the “Preferences” tab.
3. On the left-hand side, click on the “Mail” option.
4. Scroll down to the “Receiving Messages” section.
5. Here, you will see a checkbox for “Read Receipts”. Tick on the checkbox with the option “Always send a read receipt”.
6. After checking the box, click on “Save” at the top-left corner to save your changes.
